  1. Where can I purchase admission tickets for Sooper Yoo?

    You can purchase Sooper Yoo admission tickets online or in person at the Park.

    • Child Ticket – The ticket price includes 1 Child aged 4 to 17 and 1 Adult aged 18+
    • Adult Accompany Ticket – Visitors aged 18 and older
      Thus for all online bookings,
      • Adult Accompany Tickets and Sooper Yoo Grip Socks must be purchased together with a Child Ticket in the same order only.
      • Each online order must include at least 1 Child Ticket and each order can include a maximum of 1 Adult Accompany Tickets only.
      • A child who is under 4 years old may enter the Park when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, who has a valid ticket and is accompanying a child that is aged 4 years old or above and has a valid ticket to enter the Park; each adult may only accompany one child that is below 4 years old into the Park at any one time.
      • Visitors must be aged 18 or above to purchase tickets online. All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  2. If I have already purchased tickets online, but I would like to purchase additional Adult Accompany Tickets or Sooper Yoo Grip Socks, can I buy them online or on site?

    You may only purchase these items on site. You may purchase Adult Accompany Tickets or Sooper Yoo Grip Socks at the Sooper Yoo ticket counter when you check in, subject to the availability of tickets at that session and the number of people admitted.

  3. What are the admission prices to Sooper Yoo?

    Monday-Friday (Each Session)

    • Child Ticket – $250 (Price includes 1 Child aged 4 to 17 and 1 Adult)
    • Adult Accompany Ticket – $80 (Visitors aged 18 and older)
    • Sooper Yoo Grip Socks - $30

    Sat, Sun & Public Holiday (Each Session)

    • Child Ticket – $320 (Price includes 1 Child aged 4 to 17 and 1 Adult)
    • Adult Accompany Ticket – $80 (Visitors aged 18 and older)

    A child who is under 4 years old may enter the Park when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, who has a valid ticket and is accompanying a child that is aged 4 years old or above and has a valid ticket to enter the Park; each adult may only accompany one child that is below 4 years old into the Park at any one time. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by adults aged 18 or above. Visitors must be aged 18 or older to purchase tickets online. All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be admitted to the Park, visitors must wear grip socks. Children aged 4 to 17 must wear our designated Sooper Yoo grip socks purchased at the Park or through the Sooper Yoo website (HKD30 per pair).

  4. Are there any age restrictions?

    Visitors aged from 4-17 are welcome to come and play. But some of the activities are more suitable for children aged 6 to 11. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above to enter the Park.

    Our facilities are not suitable to children who are 4 years old below, but they can enter the Park when accompanied by a person aged 18 or above with a valid adult accompany ticket.

  5. Are there height requirements for any of the activities?

    For your safety, the following activities have a minimum height requirement:

    Formula Yoo Sooper Loop

    Visitors must be 120 cm or taller to participate.

    Sooper Yoo Scramble Course

    Visitors under 100 cm tall are recommended to stay on the ground floor.

  6. What are the business hours of Sooper Yoo?

    Sooper Yoo's business hours are from 10:00-18:45 (Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays). Please note that we have cleaning sessions between each session.

    Sooper Yoo will be closed during a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal #8 or higher, or if a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. For details on refunds and rescheduling, please check our website, social media and email.

  7. How many sessions are there per day in Sooper Yoo? How long is each session?

    We have 4 sessions per day, each session is 2 hours. The 4 sessions are:

    10:00-12:00
    12:15-14:15
    14:30-16:30
    16:45-18:45

    We have cleaning between each session.

  8. Where can I book a Birthday Party at Sooper Yoo?

    We offer a Sooper Yoo Package of 20 (Including 10 Children and 10 Adults) and Package of 30 (Including 15 Children and 15 Adults), you can check out the party package from the Sooper Yoo website, and book at booking@sooperyoo.com. For more details, you can email or WhatsApp us on 5285 2122. You may also book in person at the Park.

  9. How much is a Sooper Yoo Birthday Party?

    • Sooper Yoo Party of 30 – starting at $5,100 (Including 15 Children and 15 Adults)

    • Sooper Yoo Party of 30 – starting at $6,650 (Including 15 Children and 15 Adults)


    Party of 20 includes: 10 Child Tickets, 10 Adult Accompany Tickets, 10 Adult Accompany Tickets, 10 Pairs of Sooper Yoo Children Grip Socks, Exclusive use of the Private Party Room for 1 hour 50 minutes*, 10 Children Birthday Hats, and a Dedicated Party Host for Check in.

    Party of 30 includes: 15 Child Tickets, 15 Adult Accompany Tickets, 15 Pairs of Sooper Yoo Children Grip Socks, Exclusive use of the Private Party Room for 1 hour 50 minutes*, 15 Children Birthday Hats, and a Dedicated Party Host for Check in.

    Pay in full when booking. After you booked through online or in person at the Park, we will contact you by email for further arrangements. *The Private Party Room starting time is the same as the session starting time.

  10. Which payment methods are accepted to buy Sooper Yoo tickets online?

    You may purchase your Sooper Yoo tickets online using any of the following payment method:

    • Visa Card
    • MasterCard
    • American Express Card
    • UnionPay
    • Octopus
    • Samsung Pay
    • WeChat Pay
    • AlipayHK


    Visitors must be aged 18 or above to purchase tickets online. Virtual credit cards are not accepted for online purchases.

  11. Are Visa Card and MasterCard security codes stored when I make a purchase on Sooper Yoo's website?

    No. When you enter your credit card, the security code, it is sent automatically to the card-issuing bank for verification and authorisation. We do not store the security code with your purchase transaction information.

  12. I attempted to buy a ticket online and received the message 'Bank approval was not obtained.' What should I do?

    Select your tickets and sessions, then verify your credit card details to try again. You may also enter a different credit card. If you are still unable to complete the transaction online, you may purchase tickets in person at the Park.

    We recommend that you buy tickets in advance, as the Park occasionally experiences capacity issues.

  13. How do I get the tickets if I buy online?

    After you purchase your tickets successfully, the e-ticket QR codes will be sent to your email inbox. Please show the QR codes upon entry to the Park. You may also fill in the visitor information beforehand for a more personal gaming experience.

  14. How can I ensure that the online booking has been confirmed?

    If your online booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email including e-ticket QR codes. If the website shows "Mission Accomplished" but you have still not received our confirmation email and e-tickets, please check your junk-mail.

  16. What is a "more personal gaming experience"? Why do I need to fill in the visitor information beforehand?

    After you buy your tickets successfully, the check-in QR codes will be sent to your email inbox. A URL is provided in the email to let you fill in the information (including your name & age) of all visitors aged 4-17 who will come with you. When we receive this information, we will prepare personal e-rings entitle them to enjoy certain extra facilities in the Park and their names will be shown on the monitors.

  17. How do I use the Vouchers to redeem Tickets?

    You can use the Ticket Vouchers in person at the Park when purchasing admission tickets.

    You can also use the code you receive when you confirm your booking on sooperyoo.com. Fill in the code on the confirmation page, click “Apply”, and your Voucher will then be redeemed.

  18. Is there a way I can secure admission to Sooper Yoo for a future date?

    Visitors are recommended to make reservations for Park visits and purchase tickets in advance. Visitors can check out the availability of the sessions on the Park's online ticketing page.

  19. Are refunds or exchanges available if I am unable to use my ticket on the reserved session?

    Sooper Yoo tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged and are void if altered. Tickets purchased cannot be exchanged for admission on a different day or refunded if not used.

  20. What is the arrangement if a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal #8 or higher or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the HK Observatory?

    If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal #8 or higher or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the HK Observatory, your reservation(s) will be cancelled. Please wait for our email for further refund arrangements.

  21. Do I need to purchase admission tickets if I just want to watch my friends or family?

    You must have a valid ticket to enter the Park. Children under 11 must be accompanied by adults aged 18 or above.

  22. Can we go barefoot or with shoes into the play area?

    To be admitted into the Park, visitors must wear grip socks, and children aged 4 to 17 must wear our designated Sooper Yoo Grip socks purchased at the Park or through the Sooper Yoo website (HKD30 per pair). Sooper Yoo Grip socks are available for purchase at ticket counters (HKD$30 per pair). You may also purchase the Grip socks online and pick them up at a ticket counter before admission.

  23. Is it compulsory to purchase Sooper Yoo grip socks when purchasing tickets online?

    We suggest visitors purchase their Sooper Yoo Grip socks when they buy their admission tickets online to speed up the check-in time upon arrival. You may also purchase the Sooper Yoo Grip socks at the ticket counter at the Park (Subject to stock availability).

  24. Can I eat or drink in the Park?

    Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the Park, but visitors are allowed to bring water in plastic bottles for personal consumption.

  25. Do you have lockers on site?

    No, but we have storage shelves for your heavy or bulky items. They are available on a first-come-first-served basis. We also have shoe racks on-site to store your shoes. Please always keep your valuables with you. Any personal property or belongings put on our shelves and shoe racks are done so completely at your own risk.

  26. Can we re-enter once we leave?

    Yes, after registering at the ticket counter, an e-ring will be given to each individual to enter the Park. Within your session time, you may exit and re-enter by keeping your e-ring on for verification at the ticket counter.
