Important Notices

• A child who is under 4 years old may enter the Park when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, who has a valid ticket and is accompanying a child that is aged 4 years old or above and has a valid ticket to enter the Park; each adult may only accompany one child that is below 4 years old into the Park at any one time.
• To be admitted into the Park, visitors must wear grip socks, and children aged 4 to 17 must wear our designated Sooper Yoo grip socks that have been purchased at the Park or through the Sooper Yoo website (HKD$30 per pair).
• To allow for sufficient time for registration, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the specified time stipulated on your ticket. Latecomers will not be given extra time.
• Sooper Yoo will be closed during Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal #8 or higher, or if a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. For details on refunds and rescheduling, please check our website, social media and email. You may also refer to our FAQ for details.
